There are two aroma chemicals in our current product list: 3,5-dimethoxytoluene and 3-hydroxy-5-methoxytoluene. Both products are naturally occurring, first in roses and multiple other plants, the other in mosses, contributing notes to oakmoss absolutes and extracts.

Both 3,5-dimethoxytoluene and 3-hydroxy-5-methoxytoluene have been very expensive compounds and their commercial usage was tiny. We have achieved to find new routes to synthesize these products and we have reduced their prices from thousands down to hundreds of USD/kg.
